Professional Training & Entrepreneur Program Manager

The Professional Training & Entrepreneur Program Manager manages professional training and entrepreneurship programs that build practical skills, support entrepreneurs, and strengthen partnerships.

This role oversees entrepreneurship program planning, training coordination, participant engagement, partner communication, monitoring, and reporting. The manager ensures programs are well-organized, relevant, and aligned with institutional goals and community needs. Where possible, teach 1-2 classes in the academic program per term.

What you'll do

  • Design and manage entrepreneurship, innovation, startup incubation, and youth entrepreneurship programs.
  • Generate income for the university through training programs, certification courses, camps, workshops, incubation services, competitions, and external partnerships.
  • Support student startups through mentoring, business development, market validation, MVP development, and commercialization.
  • Connect startups and students with mentors, investors, industry partners, government agencies, and incubator networks.
  • Organize pitch competitions, innovation challenges, boot camps, experiential learning activities, and national/international competition participation.
  • Develop entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs for children, youth, schools, and community partners.
  • Build strategic partnerships with industry, startups, schools, government, and entrepreneurship networks to expand program reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Track program performance, startup progress, revenue contribution, KPIs, impact, and prepare reports for management.
  • Teach 1-2 relevant courses per term.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Education, Management, or a related field. Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, startup incubation, training management, innovation programs, or related areas.
  • Experience working with startups, incubators, accelerators, or entrepreneurship ecosystems is highly desirable.
