Full-Time Faculty in Business and Entrepreneurship
The Full-Time Faculty in Business and Entrepreneurship is responsible for teaching business and entrepreneurship courses, supporting student learning, and contributing to academic program development.
This role delivers quality instruction in business, entrepreneurship, and related subjects. The faculty member prepares learning materials, assesses student performance, supports curriculum improvement, and engages in academic, professional, and industry-related activities.
What you'll do
- Deliver 21 contact hours of instruction per week across assigned courses in subject majors.
- Teach business, entrepreneurship, and related courses.
- Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Guide students in areas such as business planning, startup development, marketing, management, finance, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students through advising, mentoring, and consultation.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and institutional events.
- Support research, professional development, and industry engagement activities.
- Maintain academic standards and a positive learning environment.
What we're looking for
- Master’s degree or higher in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education or professional training is preferred.
- Strong academic and practical knowledge of entrepreneurship, business planning, startup development, management, marketing, finance, and innovation.
- Ability to design course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and student-centered learning activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Industry experience, business ownership, startup mentoring, or consulting experience is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence, student development, professional ethics, and continuous improvement.
