Full-Time Faculty Member in Digital Marketing
The Full-Time Faculty Member in Digital Marketing is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing course materials, advising students, and contributing to academic and institutional development activities.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction in digital marketing, preparing academic materials, assessing student performance, and supporting curriculum improvement. The faculty member will also engage in departmental activities, academic projects, and professional development to strengthen teaching quality and student outcomes.
What you'll do
- Deliver 21 contact hours of instruction per week across assigned courses in subject majors.
- Teach undergraduate courses in Digital Marketing and related subjects.
- Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Facilitate student-centered learning using innovative teaching methods.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Participate in curriculum review and program improvement activities.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career development.
- Engage in research, professional development, and scholarly activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and university events.
- Support industry engagement and internship opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Master's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience in digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and e-commerce.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
