Quality Assurance and Accreditation Manager
The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Manager is responsible for accreditation aligned with the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC) and targeted regional and international accreditation frameworks.
The manager oversees quality management frameworks and accreditation processes across the organization. This position works closely with leadership, department managers, and external accreditation bodies to maintain compliance with applicable standards and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. The manager analyzes performance data, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures that policies and procedures support organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Lead the university’s quality assurance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Manage internal audits, continuous improvement reviews, and QA reporting.
- Coordinate accreditation processes, including ACC, AUN-QA, SARs, and external reviews.
- Oversee curriculum alignment, academic standards, teaching quality, and student outcomes.
- Maintain QA data, indicators, evidence, and support for data-driven decision-making.
- Train staff and promote a university-wide culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Teach 1-2 classes per term and play a role in a relevant university committee.
What we're looking for
- At least holding a Master’s degree in Higher Education, Quality Assurance, Educational Management, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in higher education quality assurance or accreditation.
- Proven experience with ACC accreditation processes and/or AUN-QA framework (strong advantage).
- Experience in engineering, IT, or business education institutions is highly desirable.
