Founded by our visionary Chairwoman, H.E. MEURN Srey Net out of pure passion towards the future of education, University of Technology and Entrepreneurship is set to open its doors by the 3RD Quarter of 2024 as a management university that offers international academic opportunities to the ever striving young generations of Cambodia.
